Utopia is a Premier city on the New World built by Narnia17. It is on the MRT Desert Line at D14.

Prior to the town becoming Premier, the town had a major overhaul by _Kastle where all the builds were made floating in the sky so the whole city could be rearranged. This led to a new, more planned road network that led to its promotion to Premier. This event later inspired PtldKnight initiating the same method in Armada.
