Koishi's Shrimp Fry, also known as Koishi's is a franchise by lightshatterz.
History
Koishi's Shrimp Fry was founded on December 5, 2021, with its first location opening in Carbonwood. The idea of the franchise came from a common thing involving Koishi Komeiji from Touhou fandom.
In November 26, 2022, after about a year, Koishi's Shrimp Fry has opened its 50th location, located in Central City at SM Mall.
In September 30, 2023, the 100th location was opened in Central City Hyper Mall.

Trivia
At least 10 locations do not offer drinks. The Calgary and Royal Ferry locations only offer a limited selection due to lack of space.
Only 6 locations, Glacierton, Sigil, East San Francisco, Spruce Basin, Sevside and Aston have drive thrus.
The largest amount paid for a Koishi's Shrimp Fry is $600 for the Memphis location.
